目的

探讨外周血指标与创伤性颅脑损伤(TBI)预后之间的关系及临床应用价值。

方法

随机选取安徽医科大学第一附属医院神经外科自2016年1月至2017年12月收治的140例TBI患者,术后30 d随访患者的预后情况,将患者分为预后良好组(108例)和预后不良组(32例)。收集患者入院24 h内的外周血指标(粒细胞系统、血小板系统等),利用统计学方法研究相关外周血指标与患者伤后30 d预后之间的关系。

结果

2组患者的白细胞计数与中性粒细胞百分比的比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),而2组血小板计数比较差异有统计学意义(t=-4.73,P<0.05),这种差异与患者入院时病情严重程度的评分GCS评分有着一定程度的相关关系(r=0.53,P<0.05)。

结论

外周血血小板计数能够在TBI患者当中起预后判断的作用。

Objective

To investigate the connection between peripheral blood parameters and prognosis of patients with traumatic brain injury (TBI) and its clinical application value.

Methods

One hundred and forty patients with TBI were randomly selected from the Department of Neurosurgery, First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from January 2016 to December 2017. The prognosis of the patients was followed up 30 d after operation. The patients were divided into good prognosis group and bad prognosis group. All results of blood examination were collected in 24 h after registration. The relationship between blood examination results and prognosis of patients 30 d after injury was studied by statistical method.

Results

There was no significant difference in leukocyte count and neutrophil percentage between the two groups (P>0.05), but there was significant difference in platelet count between the two groups (t=-4.73, P<0.05). The difference was related to GCS score of patients’severity at admission (r=0.53, P<0.05).

Conclusion

Peripheral blood platelet count can play a prognostic role in patients with TBI.
