创伤性颅脑损伤(TBI)是青年人致死致残的重要原因,改善TBI患者的预后一直是临床医生研究的重点。TBI可以引起垂体功能减退(PTHP)导致体内激素水平紊乱,进而带来一系列临床症状,严重影响患者预后。随着人们对TBI后PTHP认识的逐渐提高,针对PTHP的诊断及治疗的研究也在逐步深入。本文主要从PTHP的流行病学、临床表现、发病机制及诊断治疗等方面作一综述。

Traumatic brain injury (TBI) is an important cause of death and disability in young people, and improving the prognosis of TBI patients has always been a focus of clinical research. TBI can cause posttraumatic hypopituitarism (PTHP), leading to hormone level disorder in the body, which can lead to a series of clinical symptoms and seriously affect the prognosis of patients. With the gradual improvement of people’s understanding of PTHP after TBI, studies on the diagnosis and treatment of PTHP are also gradually deepening. This article mainly reviews the epidemiology, clinical manifestations, pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of PTHP.
