颅脑外伤标准大骨瓣减压的高质量的随机对照研究并不多,且存在一些缺陷。本文对比两个高质量的关于去骨瓣减压手术在重度颅脑损伤的随机对照研究,分析其纳入样本的均质性、年龄、外伤性脑损伤后的分组标准等去骨瓣减压手术在重度颅脑损伤中随机对照研究中的相关因素,讨论其优点与不足,期待为今后的关于颅脑外伤后大骨瓣减压的大样本、多中心的随机对照试验提供参考。

High quality randomized controlled trials of standard large decompressive craniectomy for traumatic brain injury are rare, but have some defects. We compared two high quality randomized controlled trials of decompressive craniectomy for severe traumatic brain injury. To analyze the related factors in patients with severe traumatic brain injury, such as the homogeneity of the sample, the age and the grouping criterion of traumatic brain injury. Discuss its advantages and defects. The aim of this study is to provide a reference for the large sample, multi-center randomized controlled trial of large bone flap decompression in the future.
