Diffusion tensor imaging in the diagnosis of disorder of consciousness

Abstract:

Diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) is a kind of noninvasive MRI, to identify the traditional CT and MRI finding of cerebral microstructure change, especially the nerve fiber bundles and direction change, at present, the DTI has applied in basic experiment and clinical study, for patients with severe brain injury finding markers and provide reference for predicting prognosis, DTI is also in the field of consciousness disorder diagnosis and prognosis prediction for a lot of exploration research.
