Abstract:

To explore the surgical indications of bilateral frontal cerebral contusion of research progress. By looking at home and abroad in recent years a large number of literature works, the surgical indications of bilateral frontal cerebral contusion were analyzed and summarized. As the double frontal brain contusion in patients with surgical indications, there is no unified standard. Because bilateral frontal cerebral contusion is easily formed a central brain hernia, the diencephalon period for rescuing the central type cerebral hernia critical period of success. Most scholars believe that surgical operation indications should be appropriate to relax, early recognition and actively surgery, which can reduce mortality and morbidity in patients with, and improve the success rate of rescue.
