颅骨减压术(CD)在重度颅脑损伤(sTBI)中的治疗效果较好,但易引发外伤性脑积水(PTH)等术后并发症。目前sTBI后PTH的发生是由颅脑损伤引起,还是由CD引起尚无明确定论。本文主要从sTBI患者CD后PTH的不同角度(发生机制、诊断、治疗、预防)对其进行逐一探析,以便为该病的临床诊断、治疗等提供理论与实践依据。

Although the effect of cranial decompression (CD) on severe traumatic brain injury (sTBI) is good, it is easy to cause postoperative complications such as post-traumatic hydrocephalus (PTH), and it is not clear whether the occurrence of PTH after sTBI is caused by craniocerebral injury or CD. In order to provide theoretical and practical basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of sTBI, the author mainly analyzes PTH from different angles (occurrence mechanism, diagnosis, treatment, prevention) after CD of sTBI patients.
