重度颅脑损伤(sTBI)是神经外科常见的危重症之一,因其病情发展迅速、治疗难度大、致死率高,目前其治疗多采用综合的方法。近年来,通过众多外神经外科专家的不懈努力和探索,在sTBI的治疗方面积累了丰富的经验,但仍存在许多难点和不确定的因素,缺乏共识,故其治疗方法仍是神经外科领域的热门课题。该文主要就近年来国内外sTBI脑保护治疗的研究进展进行综述。

Severe traumaticbrain injury (sTBI) is one of the most common critical diseases in the Department of Neurosurgery. Because of the rapid development of the disease, the treatment is difficult and the mortality rate is high. In recent years, many foreign experts through the Department of Neurosurgery of unremitting efforts and exploration, and achieved fruitful results in the experience in the treatment of sTBI, but there are still many difficulties and uncertainties, lack of consensus, the current hot topic so it is still the treatment field of Department of Neurosurgery. This paper reviews the recent progress in the study of brain protection in sTBI.
