Research progress on the diagnosis and treatment of traumatic brain injury related cerebral venous sinus thrombosis

Abstract:

Traumatic brain injury (TBI) is a rare cause of cerebral venous sinus thrombosis (CVST). We should pay more attention to TBI associated CVST for its various common clinical manifestations, controversial treatments, higher false negative rate and higher mortality rate. This article reviews the domestic and foreign research status about TBI associated CVST.
