Headache after traumatic brain injury treated by Naozhengning Granules in 53 cases

Abstract:

Objective

To observe clinical curative effect of Naozhengning Granules for the treatment of headache after traumatic brain injury.

Methods

Using self-control study, 53 cases of traumatic headache patients were treated by Naozhengning Granules after a period of treatment (four weeks), to evaluate the therapeutic effect. During the treatment, no other calm painkillers were used in the period.

Results

In this group, 53 cases has achieved satisfied treatment by Naozhengning Granules, including markedly effective in 23 cases, effective in 26 cases, and invalid in 4 cases. The total effective rate was 92.5%.

Conclusion

Naozhengning Granules have a good effective to headache after traumatic brain injury, and its′ curative effect is distinct, well tolerated, and no obvious side effects.
