To investigate the effect of the self-made incision protection device of head used for craniocerebral head, especially the forehead and pillow neck of postoperative patients.

The device was made according to the shape of the head, using the nylon material, glue paste cingulate way. It moderate hardness, breathable absorbent, convenient adjustment according to the different people′s head shape size. When using, it only needs to loosen the fastening belt, paste viscosity cingulate after fixed according to the head type. Since August 2013 to August 2014 it was clinical used in 30 cases of cervical occipital postoperative patients, and observe the effect and comfort of the patients with fixed head.

all the patients feel comfort, fixed offeccively, no incision infection, and satisfaction rate is high to 96.7% (29/30).
