Practice of minimally invasive concept in microneurosurgery

Abstract:

Minimally invasive concept has long been popular at present. However, the essence of concept of minimally invasive is often not correctly grasped and applied in the clinical practice. Minimally invasive concept is a kind of minimally invasive medicine and minimally invasive surgical technology for diseases. In this paper, the concept of minimally invasive neurosurgery, such as non-surgical treatment, preoperative design and planning, multi-modality medical image, grasp of "degree" during surgical procedure, correct use of surgical instruments are discussed. The purpose is to provide reference for clinical neurosurgeons.
