Abstract:

Objective

To explore the effect of different doses of atorvastatin calcium combined with double antibody on the recovery of neurological function in patients with acute cerebral infarction.

Methods

A total of 164 patients with acute cerebral infarction who were treated in Neurosurgical Center, Zhujiang Hospital, Southern Medical University from January 2015 to May 2018 were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 82 cases in each group. Among them, the control group was treated with low-dose atorvastatin calcium combined with double antibodies, the study group was treated with high-dose atorvastatin calcium combined with double antibodies. Compare the neurological function, vascular endothelial function, blood lipid level and neurosomatic index of the two groups before and after treatment.

Results

The neurological function of the study group was better than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05); after treatment, the vascular endothelial function of the two groups was improved, but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05); after treatment, the improvement of triglyceride, serum total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein chesterol and high sensitive C-reactive protein levels of the study group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in high density liptein cholesterol between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the level of interleukin 6 in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) . After treatment, there was no significant difference between hemocyanin and interleukin 8 in the two groups (P>0.05).

Conclusion

Large dose of atorvastatin calcium combined with double anti-tumor has a positive effect on the recovery of neurological function in patients with acute cerebral infarction, has a good effect on other body levels, and is conducive to improving the prognosis.
