Abstract:

The significance of intracranial pressure (ICP) monitoring has been recognized, but there are still many problems in clinical application. In the era of big data, under the influence of the ICP monitoring from the relevant parameters are derived from the simple pressure, and from isolated numerical to ICP and brain physiology metabolism modal monitoring study of neurological function. Using the computer real-time data processing which can obtain the optimal cerebral perfusion pressure, furthermore, to adjust the treatment plan in time under good cerebral perfusion and cerebral metabolism provided reliable basis, for accurately curing neurosurgical diseases. This essay reviews those researches monitoring status of ICP and relative parameters.

Key words: Intracranial pressure monitoring, Relative parameters, Optimal cerebral perfusion pressure, Traumatic brain injury
