Abstract:
Objective
To analyze the role and prognostic evaluation value of dynamic electroencephalography monitoring on the critical cerebrovascular disease.
Methods
Thirty patients with critical cerebrovascular disease in 72 hours and accepting treatment in our hospital neurology were selected as research object.Conduct EEG monitoring and then identify the EEG grading. Then,we analyzed the correlativity between EEG grading and prognosis,EEG grading variation and prognosis, and between critical cerebrovascular disease patients'prognosis and relevant factors,Logistic regression analysis were be used.
Results
There is good relationship between the first EEG classification and prognosis, the higher grading show the patient would have worse prognosis. The EEG score would be changed by patient's changing condition. The first EEG grading identified to beⅠa,if that condition continue,so the prognosis would be good,if not, then the patient's condition would be bad.The first EEG grading identified to be 1b,if it is persistent, that show bad prognosis,if it changed toⅠa,that indicate a good prognosis.Paitients with EEG grading three or higher, abominable prognosis is inevitable. To predict the patient's survival rate,EEG grading is more preciser than GCS-P score cale(P<0.05).
Conclusion
AEEG monitor and grading could have a precisely and objectively reveal the order of severity of critical cerebrovascular disease, giving a good predicton to prognosis and having high accuration,it is worth to be wild used in clinical practise.
