Abstract:

Objective

To analyze the dual micro- catheter treatment of wide- necked intracranial aneurysm, the palindromia and the complication.

Methods

We use retrospective analysis to study 13 clinical materials of the patients of wide-necked aneurysm, follow up more than 3 years. In the meanwhile,we adopt the criterion of embolization degree and estimate the Glasgow Rating, combined the situation of long-term curative effect, the palindromia and the complication.

Result

We come to a conclusion about the review of DSA aneurysms lumen occlusion with long-term fl.up, applying of dual themicrocatheter ruptured aneurysms embolization technique in the emergency period:9 cases of 100%(69.2%)of occlusion,2 cases of over 90%(15.3%)of occlusion,1 case of 90%of occlusion(7.69%)and 1 case of below 80%of embolism. Finally, there are 9 cases of 5 points (69.23%), 3 cases of 4 points (23.8%) and a case of 3 points (7.69%), according to the final grade of Glasgow Rating.

Conclusion

It’ s an effective method to use the dual microcatheter ruptured aneurysms embolization technique applying to the difficult cases or aborted cases, which are using the traditional cure.
