颅脑创伤(TBI)亚专科是神经外科学的一个重要分支,加强军队TBI亚专科人才的培养对于保障人民健康和应对未来战争都有重要意义。只有进行多方面的"融合",才能培养出优秀的军队颅脑外伤亚专科人才,包括临床和基础融合、跨学科融合、跨医院融合、军民融合。在临床和基础融合方面,应结合我国的实际情况,加强基层医院和科研力量强的大医院之间的合作;在跨学科融合方面,不仅要加强基础研究和临床研究相结合的合作,还要注重超越医学范畴的大跨度学科融合;在跨医院融合方面,要充分利用不同级别医院的诊疗特长;在军民融合方面,不仅要加强军地交流,还要注重"平战结合"的培养模式。

Traumatic brain injury (TBI) sub-specialty is an important branch in neurosurgery. It is of great significance to strengthen the training of military TBI sub-speciaty talents protecting people's health and coping with future wars. Only by carrying out "integration" in many aspects can we cultivate excellent military brain injury sub-specialty talents, including clinical and basic integration, interdisciplinary integration, cross-hospital integration, and military-civilian integration. In the aspect of clinical and basic integration, the cooperation between the primary hospitals and the large-scale hospitals should be strengthened according to the actual situation of our country. In the aspect of interdisciplinary integration, we should not only strengthen the cooperation between clinical and basic medicine, but also pay attention to interdisciplinary integration beyond the scope of medicine. In terms of cross-hospital integration, we should make full use of the diagnosis and treatment expertise of different levels of hospitals. In terms of military-civilian integration, we should not only strengthen cooperation between military and civilian institutions, but also strengthen the training mode of "peace-war integration" .
