Research progress of brain protection treatment of severe traumaticbrain injury

Abstract:

Severe traumaticbrain injury (sTBI) is one of the most common critical diseases in the Department of Neurosurgery. Because of the rapid development of the disease, the treatment is difficult and the mortality rate is high. In recent years, many foreign experts through the Department of Neurosurgery of unremitting efforts and exploration, and achieved fruitful results in the experience in the treatment of sTBI, but there are still many difficulties and uncertainties, lack of consensus, the current hot topic so it is still the treatment field of Department of Neurosurgery. This paper reviews the recent progress in the study of brain protection in sTBI.
