Abstract:

Immune response, which is involved and mediated by a variety of immunocytes and cytokines, has great significance in nerve injury and repair. Grafted neural stem cells (NSCs) have the potential of immunomodulation to improve the microenvironment and promote nerve repair. In order to further clarify the immunomodulation effect of NSCs, we review and summary of some recent studies related to the interactions between NSCs and immunocytes as well as cytokines in this article.

Key words: Neural stem cell, Immunomodulation, Immunocyte, Cytokine
