Clinical analysis of atypical neurogenic pulmonary edema

Objective

To discuss the effect of neurogenic pulmonary edema atypical clinical characteristics of diagnosis and treatment.

Methods

Retrospectively analysis of 4 cases with craniocerebral injury and cerebral hemorrhage complicated with early atypical NPE.

Results

4 patients were cured.

Conclusion

early detection and timely assisted ventilation and other comprehensive treatment will receive good effect for the atypical NPE.
