Abstract:

The fatality rate and mutilation rate are very high among hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage (HICH) patients. Eliminating the intracerebral hematoma in the early phase after intracerebral hemorrhage can minimize or eliminate the secondary brain damage, which has a positive and important significance to reduce the fatality rate of HICH. This paper summarizes the history and current situation of the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, reviewed the operation indication of micro invasive surgical treatment of HICH, the timing of the operation, preoperative localization, target selection and catheter position, the choice of operation method; and illustrated clearly the application of micro endoscopy, stereotactic technique, neuronavigation and hematoma puncture and drainage.
