目的

探讨动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血(aSAH)患者乳脂肪球表面生长因子8(MFG-E8)与aSAH病情严重程度和预后的关系。

方法

收集徐州市中心医院神经外科自2019年1月至12月就诊的30例aSAH患者,纳入与其性别、年龄匹配的健康成人为对照组。根据改良Fisher分级或Hunt-Hess分级将aSAH患者分为重度aSAH组和非重度aSAH组。所有患者术后随访6个月,根据GOS预后评分分为预后良好组与预后不良组。检测各组受检者的MFG-E8,分析MFG-E8与aSAH病情严重程度和预后的关系。

结果

aSAH患者组的血MFG-E8浓度高于照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000);血MFG-E8浓度与aSAH患者严重程度呈正相关(r=0.951,P=0.000),与aSAH患者预后不相关(r=0.233,P=0.489)。

结论

MFG-E8可能是反映aSAH患者严重程度的潜在生物标志物。

Objective

To investigate the relationship between milk fat globule-epidermal growth factor 8 (MFG-E8) and the severity and prognosis of patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (aSAH).

Methods

A total of 30 aSAH patients admitted to Neurosurgery Department of Xuzhou Central Hospital from January to December 2019 were collected, and healthy adults matched with their gender and age were included as the control group. Patients with aSAH were divided into severe aSAH group and non-severe aSAH group according to the modified Fisher grade or Hunt-Hess grade. All patients were followed up for 6 months after surgery, and were divided into a good prognosis group and a bad prognosis group according to the GOS score. The relationship between MFG-E8 and the severity and prognosis of aSAH was analyzed.

Results

Blood MFG-E8 concentration in aSAH group was higher than that in the control group (P=0.000). Blood MFG-E8 concentration was positively correlated with the severity of aSAH patients (r=0.951, P=0.000), but there was no correlation between blood MFG-E8 concentration and GOS score (r=0.233, P=0.489).

Conclusion

MFG-E8 may be a potential biomarker for the severity and prognosis of patients with aSAH.
