硫辛酸注射液联合二甲双胍缓释片对糖尿病周围神经病变的影响

目的

观察硫辛酸注射液联合二甲双胍缓释片对糖尿病周围神经病变患者神经传导速度及氧化应激反应的影响。

方法

选择自江苏省宿迁市宿城区人民医院2013年4月至2015年4月期间收治就诊的110例糖尿病周围神经病变患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为观察组物和对照组各55例。在常规控制血糖的同时，对照组给予二甲双胍缓释片治疗，观察组采用硫辛酸注射液联合二甲双胍缓释片治疗。比较两组临床症状改善情况、神经传导速度。

结果

治疗效果：观察组总有效率(96.36%)明显高于对照组(85.45%)(χ²=3.960，P<0.05)；临床症状：观察组下肢与足部疼痛、感觉异常、灼热感评分明显低于对照组(t=3.245、4.111、5.638，P<0.05)；神经传导速度：观察组正中神经、腓总神经运动传导速度、感觉传导速度均明显高于对照组(t=4.126、5.178、7.325，P<0.05)。

结论

硫辛酸注射液联合二甲双胍缓释片能有助于缓解患者临床症状，促进感觉和运动神经传导速度的恢复，提高治疗效果。

Objective

To study the effect of thioctic acid combined with metformin on nerve conduction velocity and oxidative stress in treatment of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).

Methods

One hundred and ten patients with DPN were randomly divided into observation group and control group,both receiving conventional control blood glucose,control group as given metformin,while observation group as given thioctic acid combined with metformin.Clinical symptoms,nerve conduction velocity,oxidative stress reaction were compared between two groups.

Results

Curative effect:the effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than the control group(96.36%vs 85.45%;χ²=3.960,P<0.05).Clinical symptoms:the score of lower limb and foot pain,paresthesia,burning in observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group(t=3.245、4.111、5.638，P<0.05).Nerve conduction velocity:observation group median nerve,common peroneal nerve motor conduction velocity,sensory conduction velocity were significantly higher than the control group(t=4.126、5.178、7.325，P<0.05).Oxidative stress response:observation group serum malondialdehyde(MDA)and c-reactive protein(CRP)were significantly lower than the control group,superoxide dismutase(SOD)was significantly higher than the control group.

Conclusions

Thioctic acid combined with metformin can help to relieve patients'clinical symptoms,and promote the recovery of sensory and motor nerve conduction velocity,reduce oxidative stress reaction,improvetheraputicaeffect.
