本综述为了深入研究脑出血的病理生理过程,对目前用来开展科学研究的常用脑出血模型,包括胶原酶注射脑出血模型,自体血注入脑出血模型,微球囊充盈脑出血模型,高血压性脑出血模型进行了总结。在本文中笔者将详细探讨狗、兔子、猪等不同动物模型制作方法、病理生理机制以及在研究中的优点和缺点。

For the reason to study the procedure of pathophysiology of cerebral hemorrhage,this review has summarized the models currently used in cerebral hemorrhage scientific research including cerebral hemorrhage model by injection of collagenase, by injection of autologous blood, by filling microsphere and by hypertensive. In this paper, the author will discuss in detail the making method of different animal model such as dog, rabbit, pig, etc. and pathophysiological mechanism and advantages and disadvantages in the research work.
