硬脊膜动静脉瘘(SDAVF)是一种罕见的异质性脊髓血管畸形,由于其起病隐匿、初期症状特异性较低,常出现延迟诊断,引起不良预后。目前SDAVF的治疗方式主要为保守治疗、显微外科手术治疗及血管介入治疗。随着医疗技术的不断进步,一期治疗成功率越来越受到重视,复合手术室的应用以及多种治疗手段的综合运用对降低一期治疗失败率、提高治疗成功率及改善患者预后起到了越来越重要的作用。本文就SDAVF诊疗的最新进展作一综述,以期为临床诊治提供参考。

Spinal dural arteriovenous fistula (SDAVF) is a rare heterogeneous spinal vascular malformation. Due to its insidious onset and low specificity of initial symptoms, delayed diagnosis often occurs, resulting in poor prognosis. At present, the treatment methods are mainly conservative treatment, surgical treatment and vascular interventional therapy. With the progress of medical technology, the success rate of one-stage treatment has been paid more and more attention by surgeons. Combined with the application of composite operating room, comprehensive treatment methods play an increasingly important role in reducing the failure rate of one-stage treatment, increasing the success rate of treatment and improving the prognosis of patients. This article reviews the latest progress in the diagnosis and treatment of SDAVF, in order to better guide the treatment of neurosurgeons.
